A house in Castle Hill that resembled ‘The Simpsons’ house underwent a massive transformation modernising the facade as well as the internal layout. Large open plan living areas flowing out on to the outdoor entertaining area over looking the pool.
This would be one of the most challenging renovations to date. What started out as a run down double garage on an acreage site on Sydney’s Northern Beaches was magically transformed with some clever design and the mind of an eccentric owner.
A terrace home in Leichhardt that was not just a challenge with council but a challenge to design but mission accomplished. We created an open plan layout that is now light filled as well as a second storey with additional bedroom and bathroom.

When you have a backyard that is only good for mountain goats why not maximise the outlook with a simple outdoor entertaining area and a pool with water feature. The pool and feature has been located so it is seen from all living areas down stairs.
